All orders that have been placed are final. Unfortunately, we do not process any returns or exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Should you have any issues with your order, such as; missing items or incorrect product, please email customer service at info@shopgoldenoasisbeauty.com.
